No he did not. Uchiha and Indra don't inherit the same powers down a line of descent. Indra's power was his strong chakra, which is why his Susano'o is arguably the strongest, just beneath Sasuke's Bijuu PS. That's in a similar vein to Madara, who's strong chakra gave him Perfect Susano'o as well. Kamui, Enton, KA etc, are all dependent on the genetics of the user. They're not some random passed down techniques from person to person stemming from Indra. It's all chance for them to get a random the technique. The Kamui dimension didn't exist until Obito awakened Kamui.
