It'll cancel each other out one way or another, if you shoot down a rocket its gonna blow up prematurely. Except the juubi would barely be affected and will regenerate while Sasuke again lays on the floor out of chakra. The juubi then walks on Sasuke.

How one can even consider comparing the power of the juubi dama to Indra's arrow is beyond me. It is obvious that no technique we have seen thus far is a match for the juubi dama

indra's arrow is several tiers above the juubi's bijuudama.

The final explosion we saw at VoTe is far larger/more powerful than the explosion that the juubi's supercharged bijuudama made. The juubi's normal dama doesn't even compare to that.

Then there's the fact that the hokage's barrier blocked a supercharged one, yet mindless juubito easily tore that barrier apart with chakra arms. Current Naruto's chakra arms are almost as powerful as kaguya's, and he can straight up overpower her chakra arms with kokuo's power. Unless you think indra's arrow is weaker than a bunch of naruto's chakra arms, it completely craps on attacks that the hokage's barrier could block.

You can't see the explosion caused by Naruto and Sasuke, since the angle gives a difficult scaling. And from the looks of it, it seems to only be limited around valley, which doesn't cover a vast range as Juubi's TBB can and did.​

Juubidama, if one on one, but they might just implode each other but radius wise the juubidama takes it. Also negato was going off of pure speculation and assumptions. He was wrong, if the juubi charged his blast at full power it would probably destroy a country but that's a bit of a stretch. The main issue is if it were one on one, juubi can fire several at a time, sasuke had to pour his all into one.

Indra's Arrow when impacted with Naruto Bijuu Dama caused an explosion that Kakashi and Sakura felt it and lighning was raining down at Kakashi and Sakura's Location even though they were countries away.
