It's logical if we already know what's amount of Chakra he could have taken, he would have destroyed the earth and the other fodder named "Naruto" and his 2 RasenShurikens. He could have even destroy himself, if he didn't had his Solo Susano'o

In the following picture, there will be no trace of the Rasenshurikens, but only the lightnings and how the Solo God is too godly (like a Bugatti).

A fanboy, no I think Kishimoto rushed the entire last arc and didn't plan Sasuke's final attack very well. Given Sasuke's intelligence I think he would have made a better attack that involves all of his past learnt skills. Like Naruto did.
