They are not wrong. Ninshuu was used to connect people through chakra for good thing but when Ninjutsu exist and also as long as Indra still exist to opposed Ninshuu way. The human cant be connected properly. Naruto is needed to make human realize they need to cooperated and connected with each other to end long and meaningless war. And villains like Madara or Kaguya that not Indra at all in the way of thinking was the catalyst to all people in NV to unite like Ninshuu way.
