Rikudou chakra, Otsutsuki body, genius of a lifetime. MS powerful enough to equal RSM. Kages die before the fight even begins.

Idk why he said no bijuu. Indra never had bijuu but he do have PS which was bigger than AA. And had a stalemate with a "RSM" user.
