that doesnt mean that indra's arrow is a once in the lifetime thing, only for sasuke since he lacked the reserves

Proof that indra had indras arrow please. The jutsu was most likely referring to the indra in Hinduism. Not the one in Naruto. Indras PS didn't look like sasukes after he absorbed the bijuu chakra. And indra definitely didn't have the reserves of all the bijuus. Unless you can prove this.
Sasuke also wouldn't know that indra had that jutsu. But then again maybe your right.
