That was an asspull what sasuke did, sasuke wasn't really strong enough to defeat naruto w/o using TB chakra, so kishi had to create some asspull jutsu at the last minute and name it Indra's arrow out of nowhere.

Kishi wanted to parallel Naruto and Sasuke with Ashuura and Indra. Doesn't mean Naruto and Ashuura share the same techniques. Same with Sasuke and Indra. Or else we'd have to conclude that Hashirama also shares the same fighting style as Naruto and Ashuura. Not to mention that

Or Hagoromo showed them the fight and it was skipped over, whatever you think fit. He was showing them visuals of the past on the surface of water.

Again Indra is a god in mythology. In the manga Indra is a son of Rikudo. You do the math.

We are not talking about a no-name fodder shinobis with lightning affnity.

Indra can also manifest giant susanoo while uchihas like madara and sasuke need to take someone else's eyes or chakra to imitate him.

Actually Hashirama and Naruto do share fighting style, they both use Sage mode with large chakra reserves and that was what led Tobirama to say he would surpass hashirama.

Indra doesn't have to be an exact copy paste just like Hashirama and Naruto aren't exact but when clear mention is made about certain abilities then we have to go with it.

He received little amount of chakra from Hagoromo's ghost. Hagoromo didnt even enough chakra to perform summoning jutsu after giving them chakra.

Indra recieved powers from Hagoromo when he was alive and when he was jinchuriki.

Doesn't matter if he didn't have nine bijuus, Naruto matched the arrow by making his chakra powerful by adding natural energy, note he was already low on chakra to begin with.

Indra received powerful chakra so its not an issue.

How do we know this? Tailed Beast control derived from his sharingan, and for all we know the TB could have been involved with his quest for power and control, and he very well may have used them. Afterall, BZ was manipulating him, and the TB was esseintal to his plans.
