Is this doujutsu part of Indra's bloodline!?

I ask because he's the only1 with a doujutsu besides his grandma father & Uncle...

If so!.. What happen to where the sharingan or byakugan manage to mutate into this Ketsuryugan?

Indra's bloodline is just the sharingan. There are some other clans out there that potentially come from the six paths and his mother directly like the hagoromoo clan and the Kaguya clan, but that's as far as we know.

Exactly. What people don't seem to understand, is that there were clans before Hagoromo's birthed lineage, and even before Hagoromo's existence.

I get that there were other clans but they were human clans with no chakra network (As far as i know) no special powers.. The doujutsu come from Kaguya an the tree.. Indra is the only1 on earth with doujutsu other than his father.. No mention of Indra's kids (If any) so where does the doujutsu come from.. If the answer is from a clan that trained under those monks with chakra networks then fine..

You don't need clan ties to Indra, Hagaromo or Kaguya to possess an sui generis genetic. There were clans before Hagoromo birthed Indra, and Ashura, clans I'm positive had unique ability such as Kekkei Genkai.

she is from the novel and seeing as the novel's now have some weight it is truly speculative on were her bloodline came from

her clan is dead besides her and a world class smuggler and he eye has some twisted abilities and some gengetsu stuff too

it could likely be Uchiha related seeing as in Itachi Shinden we even learnt that there was a Hyuga mixed low breed in the Narutoverse

meaning that a Uchiha eloping with some other clan (maybe some blood related clan) and then proceeding to make a clan form that could be plausible
