[Theory] Indara is both Senju and Uchiha

Well, according the last chapter, it doesn't seem like Ashura is Senju. He had no genetic value. He wasn't a genius at all. Senju's are generally very talented.

Asura inherted Hagaromo's will.

Indara inherited Hagaromo's full genetics.



As such, Indara had both Senju and Uchiha blood. He didn't have the Rinnegan because, well not even Obito was able the awaked the Rinnegan with both DNAs. It requires some very special circumstances.


Through unknown means, Indara split into Senju and Uchiha.


Hence, Madara is more like Indara than Hagaromo, he is only half of the S06P. He doesn't have S06P's will.

Both of the brothers were Uchiha and Senju, but Indara was the one who inherited both powers of uchiha and senju.

So he was basically like Orange mask Tobi and Madara who implanted Hashirama's cells after their battle.

You need the blood and power of Uchiha/Senju in order to have the Sage's power

every senju doesn't have to be untalented, that was just ashura's specific characteristics. all uchiha are not gonna be considered geniuses either. it was more so to say how similar naruto is to ashura as they are essentially the same being. through that hard work even an untalented person can become as strong as a genius.
