Increase in Kurama's Chakra!!

See..I was just watching Anime episode 249 And...

Minato tells that he had sealed almost 50% of Kurama's chakra in the death reaper seal. But as that seal has been broken now,that chakra should be available to Naruto right?

Soo Naruto's chakra will now get increased by 100% more.Thus,He should be able to atleast defeat Juubi...

Kurama said he stood no chance against him (probably he were thinking as complete Kurama)
So if he somehow defeat the ORIGINAL one with 7/9 beats I will hunt down Kishimoto so hard...

Why are people always saying that kyuubi's yin chakra was sealed inside Minato? If this was true, then Orochimaru's arms would be sealed inside Sarutobi wouldn't they.

There are 2 separated, nothing to do with each other.
Minato seal the 'yang' chakra into just born Naruto, and he took the 'yin' chakra along him.
Whereas, 3rd Hokage took Orochimaru's arm (or soul) with him.
NOT inside Sarutobi. That's how Orochimaru could retrieved his own arm.
Orochimaru gained Kabuto research.
Orochimaru also knew about zetsu, because it was his own experiments...
