Incomplete ten tailed beast Vs 9tails+8tails

If Tobi decided to just create the ten tailed beast with what he has (7 tailed beasts + Kinkaku&Ginkaku chakra + one tentacle of 8 tailed beast) how will it fare against naruto and bee in full tailed beast mode and full chakra!

We already saw that Naruto in BM <=< 5 Tailed beasts.

But in general a jinchuuriki in full beast form>beast on its own

If Bee helps Naruto, they should win. But if it gets sealed into Tobi, that's a different story.
