Nagisa in sig u-u

Looking at the man before me Nagisa could see he would be a formidable opponent for him, but in battle there is no room for being too cautious but Nagisa starts off slow, sending his chakra into the sky cooling down the atmosphere resulting in snow coming down from the sky. Nagisa then quickly follows with his initial assault, as he rises his right hand upward he manifests a layer of ice beneath his opponent's feet which rises upward forming a jagged pillar of ice in which to trap him and having his opponent right where Nagisa wants him to, he opens the palm of his hand which is still held upward, using the humidity in the air around him to create an extremely thin disk of ice with a great cutting potency which he then 'throws' towards his trapped opponent, destructo disk style to slice through the center of the pillar at a horizontal angle.

(Hyouton: Hyōrō no Jutsu) Ice Release: Ice Prison Technique
Rank: C
Type: Attack/Defense
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user will rise up what seems like a jagged pillar of ice from the ground, encasing their opponent and freezing them in place. The user can also use this on themselves, encasing themselves in ice to defend them from jutsu. Being an ice user, however, the user will still be able to move their arms and legs fluently while in the ice.
(Hyouton no Jutsu) Ice Release Technique
Rank: C
Type: Supplementary
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 15
Damage: 30
Description: The user can use this jutsu to make it begin to snow down on the terrain, or, much like the “Earth Style Technique” the user can make small pillars or shields of pre-existing ice or make it materialize. If this is used to make snow, then after 3 to 4 turns most of the terrain will be covered.
(Hyouton: Aisu Disuku no Jutsu) Ice Release: Ice Disk Technique
Rank: A
Type: Attack/Defense
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The user will gather particles into the air and change them into a disk of ice. The ice disks are transparent, and they are therefore nearly invisible at a distance, and difficult to dodge or see until they are very close. They can also be used as highly durable shields or can be used to allow the user to hover in the air by using standing on it. Because of their transparency, the ice disks can be used as a large lens to focus rays of heat from the sun into a powerful beam to capable of melting or exploding a pinpointed area.

Just to make things fun, if you win, I'll teach you explosive winter vortex. If not, something less exciting. :) Also not trying to be that guy, but here's a couple things on the jutsu you used. Ice Release Technique can only be used to make it snow or create an ice source. Not both at the same time. And Ice Prison Technique won't actually prevent me from moving within it, as I'm an ice user. Not trying to be a ****, just want all of my fellow yuki to be well informed. xD

As the atmosphere grew cold, Inchato could not help but to grow amused. It seemed his adversary was going to try and use his own element against him. So be it. Inchato's suspicion as to the nature of his opponent's heritage was confirmed a moment later, as a layer of ice formed at his feet. Inchato reacted the moment he felt his familiar element at his feet. He released chakra from his feet, pushing him off the sheet of ice forward and to the left slightly at a great speed, raising his legs and twisting as he did so, causing him to hurtle airborne towards Nagisa. As he moves through the air, Inchato keeps his hands close to one another. Inchato would plant his feet firmly on the ground 3 meters to Nagisa's right, facing him.
(Hyouton: Kōri Kō Gihō)-Ice Release: Ice Propulsion Technique
Type: Supplementary
Rank: C
Range: Short-Long
Chakra: 15 (-5 per turn)
Damage: N/A
Description: When standing on ice, the user forces chakra from their feet in a manner that pushes them across the slick surface of the ice at an extreme speed. This works in a similar way to when someone uses chakra to push himself away from the ground with greater force. The difference is that the user releases the chakra without jumping, and it will simple propel them horizontally across the surface of the ice, without moving them into the air. The user is able to travel across long distances at great speed using this technique, but it only works if the user is standing on ice
As his feet left contact with the ice, Inchato causes four thin icey tentacles to erupt from his chest and move towards Nagisa. Two of the coil and hover in the air before Inchato, ready to spring to life should he have need of them. The third tentacle immediately lashes directly toward Nagisa's chest, hardening and impaling him upon contact. The third tentacle would reach Nagisa just as Inchato had reached the halfway mark between his movement path. The fourth tentacle would move towards the ground before moving at Nagisa so that it approaches from a different direction than the third, where upon it would harden and impale his left ankle. This tentacle will reach Nagisa as Inchato had completed three fourths of his movement path.
(hi shokushu) Ice Tentacles
Type-Suplementary/attack
Rank-S
Range-Short/Long
Chakra-40
Damage-80
Description-
The user manipulates the water and wind in the air to create up to five ice tendrils that are linked to himself. The user may freely control these tendrils. While they are not exactly hardened ice once they come into contact with an object or opponent they may harden. Lasts four turns
*Can only be taught by icemyster*
*can only be used by ice users*
*Only usable once per Battle*

Timeline: Your Ice Release > My Ice Propulsion > Ice Prison (Unless cancelled) > Ice Tentacles > Ice Disc.

LOL I totally didn't think about that when using ice prison ._. not as effective on a yuki.. and the creation of the ice is simply to make the description for the pillar a bit more creative xD only used the ice release tech for the snow no worries :p and now I'm really motivated to beat you so be prepared u-u

As the tentacles emerge from your chest Nagisa manifests lightning chakra in his mouth while forming a single handseal, emitting from his mouth a sharp blade of lightning which branches up into four different blades, one aimed for each tentacle thus breaking through them with ease. Then as his opponent stops his rapid movement roughly three meters to his right Nagisa turns to him immediately continuing his assault by manifesting two large blocks of ice which are created by condensing the humidity of the air, creating the blocks on either side of his opponent and with a simple clap of his hands the blocks move inward to crush the opponent inbetween them while at the same time, Nagisa leaps backward to gain a bit more distance.

(Raiton: Gian) - Lightning Style: False Darkness
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Long
Chakra cost: 40
Damage Points: 80
Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.
(Kyousei Hyouton no Jutsu) Greater Ice Technique
Rank: A
Type: Offensive/Defensive
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60
Description: Similar to the original, weaker technique, the Greater Ice technique allows the user to, by making a simple hand seal (Ram) produce walls, pillars, etc of snow or ice. The ice constructs are rather simple in nature but resilient and strong, with the user being able to materialize them anywhere short range (though from that point they can grow up to long range) from him from the moisture in the air. He can, however, use any proportional water source within short-long range of him to produce said constructs. These can also be directed and propelled as projectiles towards targets. In both cases, the size and possible uses are limited only by the users will, chakra and skill. It also allows the user to cool down existing moisture in the high atmosphere to bring down a snow storm, similar to the original technique yet stronger and faster acting. This snow storm will not directly harm anyone but is useful to cover the field in snow rather quickly (2 turns) and to hinder visibility, sense of touch and hearing on anyone caught inside. The user is not immune to these effects though and must spend 15 chakra points per turn to sustain the blizzard, while becoming unable to mold other elements than Water, Wind or Ice.

As Inchato observes spears of lightning, he releases a great barricade from his mouth nearly instantaneously, which moves towards Nagisa and his spears. Naturally, the spears would reach the two tentacles Inchato had used for offensive measures before the barricade was able to stop their progression. The two tentacles that Inchato had used for defense, however, would be protected by it. The large barrier of water clashes with all four spears eventually, and as a result of two of the spears having been weakened in the process of destroying the tentacles, the barricade overcomes the spears entirely, though it loses much of its force and power in the process. However, the barricade of water that now continues toward Nagisa carries an electric charge, meaning he'll be electrocuted/stunned briefly should the water touch him.
( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar
Rank: S
Type: Defence
Range: Short - Mid
Chakra cost: 40
Damage points: N/A
Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

Immediately after the barricade of water is expelled from his mouth, Inchato causes the two tentacles he had been using for defense to take arching paths around the barricade of water, so that they would impale either side of Nagisa's head. The remnants of the water barricade and the tentacle are timed in such a manner that they will reach you at the same moment, which will also be the same moment that I land.

Timeline: False Darkness > Water Pillar > Ice tentacles move > false darkness destroys 2 ice tentacles > Pillar destroys false darkness > pillar and tentacles hit you while I land.

Okay, I'm ready now u-u

As his opponent expels from his mouth a dense torrent of water which nearly instantly expands into a large barrier which collides with the lightning and proceeds onward Nagisa weaves two quick handseals and claps his hands together and as he seperates his hands a cylindrical shape of ice is formed inbetween which is roughly half a diameter in width. Nagisa then pulses his chakra through the ice releasing a large torrent of small black shards of ice which expand both horizontally and vertically forming an enormous wall of shards, dwarfing the water overpowering it with ease while due to the expansive size it would take care of the tentacles at the same time while continuing onward in a slightly weakened state.

Nagisa then proceeds by forming a simple handseal, upon doing so two large waves appear on either side on his opponent, each being merely two meters away from him which then crash down upon him, exploding upon contact. What his opponent however wouldn't realize is that the waves are merely illusionary and any damage caused would be due to mental stress. Then, with his opponent distracted by the illusion Nagisa places his arms behind his back and removes the wristband on his right arm revealing several wires wrapped around him wrist which, through careful chakra manipulation while leading it by pressing his index and middle fingers on his thumb with the end of the wire inbetween as he uncoils one, directing a single wire into the ground behind his right foot with a flick of his wrist while hiding it's presence only to emerge from the ground by his opponent's left foot, wrapping tightly around his ankle and with the wire tightly wrapped around his opponent's ankle Nagisa jerks the wire backward, tightening the grip on the wire to cut off his opponent's left ankle.

(Hyoton: Burakkuaisuburizādo Kyanon) - Ice Release: Black Ice Blizzard Cannon
Rank: S
Range: Short - Mid
Type: Offensive
Chakra: 40
Damage: 80
Description: The user first performs 2 hand seals before clapping their hands together, as their hands separate after the clap they form a cylindrical shape of ice between their hands about half a meter in diameter, the user then releases a pulse of their ice chakra through the cylinder and manipulates it to take on the form of multiple shards of blade ice that bursts out of the cylinder and spreads outward and forward forming like a large wall of small sharp shards of black ice that covers a wide range before the user, similar in scale to that of Great Fire Majestic Annihilation.
Note - Can only be used 2 times per battle.
- No ice techniques can be used in the same turn as this technique.
- No ice techniques above A Rank in the following turn.
- Can only be taught by Yashiro.
(Genjutsu: Gansaku Mizu Oshi) Illustionary Style: Fake Water Pressure
Rank: B
Type: Supplementary/ Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40 due to the stress
Description: The user begins by performing a mere single handseal, upon doing so, he/she transmits an illusion displaying two large waves of water appearing 2 meters from either side of the opponent, these waves of water then pressurize the opponent and explode immediately upon contact, resulting in the opponent's brain malfunctioning due to the stress

Notes: Can only be taught by Ezio..
Notes: Only usable thrice per battle.
Wire Arts: Wrath of Gods | Waia Gigei: Doki no Kamigami
Type: Attack
Rank: A
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 30
Damage: 60
Description: The art of this technique comes from quick flick movements in order to release wires at great speeds toward the opponent, entrapping them. The user, having wire on their hands (previously wrapped around their hands and risks), will hold the end of the wires with their index and middle finger against the thumb. With a quick flick of the fingers and by moving the arm downward at great speed, the user will release ninja wire at great speeds toward the desired target (The threads can be send directly or they can race through the ground).
If there is ninja wire wrapped around the user's legs, the user is able to use the wire with the same skill as if he is using it with his hands. The user will make a quick small rotation, untangling the wire, then by using proper body motion will send the ninja wire the same way as if he had send it with his hands.
The user can channel invisible chakra though the wires in order to make them stronger, making them capable of cutting through solid rock. When it reaches the opponent (in front of him or on his sides) the user will make a swift motion with his arms, wrapping the opponent at great speed, entrapping them. The user can further more pull the strings backward, cutting the opponent.
-Wires are difficult to pinpoint for lower ranked ninjas but can be easily seen by experienced ninjas or Dojuutsu users.
-The user is able to make handseals after capturing the enemy, though is incapable of doing so when the wires are racing through the ground as it requires great concentration to control the direction of the technique.
-The user cannot use wires from his hands and from his legs simultaneously, as it requires strong concentration.
-This technique cannot defend against elemental ninjutsu, though is able to cut through B-ranked and below Earth.
-Can only be taught by Gin-San

As Nagisa finishes weaving his hand seals, Inchato's eyes widen, realizing his moment of opportunity has arisen. With his hands already close together, poised to make a hand seal (mentioned in first move), he allows the tentacles to deattach from his body (though they'll keep their momentum), and he weaves a single hand seal as Nagisa reveals the cylindrical shape of ice between his hands. In an instant, ice mirrors take shape on the battlefield. The first of which is positioned to obstruct Inchato's movement path, in such a manner that he will instantly merge with it due to his present high speed in that direction. The rest of the mirrors are placed in the typical dome like manner, with Nagisa at their center. There is one mirror missing in the dome. The missing mirror is the one at the lowest level positioned directly to Nagisa's right.
(Hyouton: Makyō Hyōshō) Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors
Rank: S
Type: Attack
Range: Short-Mid
Chakra Cost: 40 (+10 extra per turn, excluding the first turn)
Damage: 80
Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.
Once inside the mirror, the world slows down for Inchato, though he doesn't hesitate, not wishing to give his opponent even an extra millisecond to react. Drawing a kunai, he leaps at an incomparable speed from the mirror he is currently in to the second level ice mirror that is behind and to the left of Nagisa, throwing a kunai at Nagisa's head as he first exits his mirror. As a result of the speed Inchato is travelling in addition to the speed of the throw, the kunai will bore through Nagisa's head before he knows what's coming his way.

By this point in time Nagisa would have just finished pulsing his chakra from his ice cylinder thing, thus creating the shards that would destroy the wave and tentacles. Inchato will have narrowly avoided the shards while jumping from his first mirror. In his subsequent jumps Inchato is careful to avoid the shards.

Timeline: You begin moving your hands apart for Black Ice = I perform handseal for Ice Mirrors > You pulse your chakra through the orb = Ice Mirrors take shape > I merge with the mirror = Shards are just now exiting the orb > (Millisecond later) Kunai through your dome.

Given that you were preoccupied due to the 'wind-up' time of your black ice cannon, I don't think you can react to this. o-o At least not without having an ice specialty so that you'd have been able to perform that faster, anyway. Hit me up with inevitable complaints. xd

Edit: As discussed, this marks the end of the match. good fight yo
