(Inshō-Tekina Kea No Hane)-Striking Kea Feathers
Type: Attack
Rank: B Rank
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 20
Damage Points: 40
Description: The user takes out several (up to five) feathers given to them by one of their Kea summoning familiars. The user is then able to imbue the feathers with one of the five types of elemental chakra. The feather's are then propelled at a target with chakra. Due to the means of propulsion, the feathers have perfect accuracy.
Note: Must have summoned the Kea Contract.
Note: The feathers gain the properties of whatever element they were imbued with. (Strengths and Weaknesses.)
Note: All five feathers must be imbued with the same element.
Note: The feathers may all be propelled at the same time, or they may be propelled individually.
Note: To imbue an element in the feathers, the user must have been trained in the respective element up to a minimum of B Ranking.
