As there is no killing, if you sustain an injury that would cause alot of damage/render you unable to fight, you lose, though your team mate may continue to fight.
Terrain: The two teams are at midrange from eachother on an open field. Their is a lake at mid range to my teams right. There is a forest behind your team at a mid range. You start a meter away from your teammate.
As this is mostly for practice purposes and is unofficial, you may post the links to your training threads if your bio isn't up to date.

And asides from that the lightning strike armor does last until an attack comes into physical contact with him.
Also the silent homicide technique isn't a teleportation technique so you would have been hit by his jutsu while enroute.
