It begins to snow, and Inchato Yuki sprouts from a falling snowflake. "Alright then: Acupuncture of the Frozen Gods. Start by holding out your hand and pinch your thumb and index finger together." Inchato demonstrates the gesture.
"Once you've done that, use your Ice Release to make a small needle of ice between your thumb and finger." Inchato turns his gaze onto his clansmate, waiting for him to attempt the jutsu.

Kuzan notices the shinobi appear from a single snowflake. Amazed, Kuzan eagerly awaits for instructions, while thinking how the hell that guy was able to appear from a single snowflake. "Hm, interesting ability, Inch" as he watched the demonstration, Kuzan pinches his index and thumb together. Once he does that, he would perform nature transformation on the chakra he gathered on that area, turning the properties of it into ice. With shape manipulation, he materializes ice and shapes it into a thin needle. Kuzan stops and holds on it, awaiting further instructions.
Inchato nods his head and smiles at the sight of the ice needle. "Perfect!" Turning, Inchato gestured toward a small boulder several meters away. "Now here's the fun part: I want you to use your ice chakra to extend the needle and puncture straight through that boulder. The extension needs to be fast. Since the needle is so thin, all of its power comes from the speed at which you extend it." Inchato then stood quietly, waiting for Kuzan to carry out the instructions.
Kuzan continued to listen in silence. Facing the large and sturdy boulder, Kuzan positioned his hands so that the single needle that laid between his fingers would be facing towards the boulders. With the use of his water and wind chakra, he would easily combine them together to create ice cakra. He channels this ice chakra on the single needle, using its nature to quickly materialize more ice from the needle causing it to rapidly extend outwards at such high speeds that it would cause the boulder to crumble into little pieces. "How was that" Kuzan eagerly asked
The needle shatters uselessly against the boulder. Tsk tsk. Looks like you were trying to make the boulder explode with the force of the needle. That's not how this jutsu works. You want to pierce straight through it, not make it explode. Try again on that one." Inchato points to another nearby boulder.

Kuzan let go of e failed needle, and positioned his fingers to make a new one. With the use of his water and wind chakra, he would make ice chakra and focus it on the area within the two fingers. He used the chakra to materialize a small needle from that area, very thin but sharp. Now that is done, Kuzan adds more ice chakra into one of the tips of the needle, the tip facing the boulder. By adding more ice chakra, he allows the already existing ice to create more ice fromaan area, causing it to extend towards on direction at such fast speeds that it easily pierces through the boulder.

Inchato gives his clansmate an approving nod. "Quite good." Inchato turned and strode over to the part of the needle between Kuzan and the boulder. "Because of how thin it is, the needle remains quite brittle, even though it does require a good deal of chakra to make." Without warning, Inchato slams his elbow, supported by his other arm, into the needle, shattering it in half. "Because of this, blunt forces of a b-rank power and above can shatter it if they hit it from the side."
"One more thing: this jutsu is nigh impossible for a non-doujutsu user to see when its dark outside. If a light source isn't shining directly on the needle, it's not going to be possible for someone to see it coming, so long as you point it at their eyes." And with that, Inchato dissolved into snowflakes, which blew away into the wind.
