Orochimaru's role as villain has finished. He is no longer going to do any involvements as villain. Besides that, he is inside the IT.

Ye' know Danzo was close to using KA twice in a day with having only a portion of his body filled with Hashirama's cells. Orochimaru has an entire body that's made from Hashirama's cells, with a significantly shorter cool down. Fairly certain he should be able to use the technique again.

It'd make sense if it worked that way, but we can't say it does. For all we know, it had that specific affect on the technique due to being an Uchiha Dojutsu, and wouldn't affect Oro's tech in the same way.

But Madara is literally lying there, sun tanning, over exhausted from holding in that much chakra. If Orochimaru DOES jack him, Orochimaru/Madara would get defeated quickly by Naruto and/or Sasuke.
