Background Info.
History:being born in konoha his father trained him day in a day out nonstop til he possed the sharigan knowing that he was a late blummer he set out on his own at the age of 13 that is when he found orochimaru for his selfish desires and demanded for him to teach him the way of sound arts and toughen him up to were he wished the sharigan would be activated he over heard oro and his henchmen talking and discussion on how and when to take his body so he fled. Then he was a policeman of the Konoha Military Police because of the sound arts and a member of the Uchiha clan. He and two other officers, Yashiro Uchiha and Tekka Uchiha, questioned Itachi Uchiha about his whereabouts during the time when Shisui Uchiha supposedly committed suicide. Itachi replied, very irritated, making it to the list of suspects brought. Inabi then fled for his life......again and went to go live on his own practicing how to activate sharingan. After practicing and living for fear the young uchiha made friends after fully activating his sharingan and to test his abilities in living before he went to go finish his newly thought plan he decided to test his abilities on all his friends and then gained MS. His newly plan shall be carried out from this day forth.
"To Itachi Uchiha!" is his mission.
