I think his story is what interested me the most. I won't lie but when the first time I herd how he lost his clan by his brother, I actually felt instantly hooked to him. His existence in this story made the story move forward for me.

Exactly. that alone is a good reason to like him so much.
i don't understand why many people still hate him regardless If he has changed or not.
haters will always hate i suppose.

-He has without a doubt the most character development (be it good or bad, that's solely subjective)
-He is unpredictable and therefore not boring
-Almost every time he's around you know it will be good (especially in part 2)
-His battles are the most epic and interesting ones
-His backstory is far more interesting than the ones of other characters
