in ultimate ninja storm i can't seem to get shikmaru as a balance type why????

the title says it all i can't seem to get skikmaru as a balance type so that leaves me open to get ultimate jutsu also if your really good at ns2 could you tell me which character and supports (type aswell) can work against all character or just tell me which character are most likely to annihilate characters like puppetster and stupid spamming deidra leaving me with at least over 75% of health

For ns2 fighting puppets and distance fighters I use Kakashi, Lee or Itachi

It all depends. If you truely want a charachter that works for all, you need to figure it out yourself. You need to find a charachter that resembles what you would do if you were a shinobi of Naruto verse. If you want, I can give you a few pointers and strategies.

Itachi (Main)

Neji or Pain (Almighty push and Rotation)

Anyone who spits something out that follows the opponent (Kisame)

Defensively and offensively superior combonation

basically you have to fight using everyone and evaluate the way they fight and what character compliments who. you cant ask people for this kind of help cuz everyone doesnt fight the same. you should rty it yourself and do whatever youre most comfortable with

u have to get all the hearts and then do a meeting with him in story mode

anyway.deidaras spam can be dodged with a dash and air dash then circle circle.
pain can deflect all ultimates besides ameterasu(i think) with almighty push!
