It'll go just like Naruto with the scale starting relatively small with them being rookies and all but will eventually surpass the previous gen so that means it'll escalate to godly proportions.

Honestly I'd like to see the jutsu style go back to part 1 where everyone had a crazy unique jutsu style. All of the K11 have cooler jutsu than any element justu can make. I'm so bored of seeing katon or suiton or raiton jutsu I loved Naruto because of the unique stuff like shadow possesion jutsu and gentle fist and insect jutsu and puppet control that's what made it interesting not everyone using one of the 5 elements.
