Now i think of it. You are right bro. If people could become more peaceful through suffering then they had became after WW1 and WW2. These countries are still dragging us to WW3. That's what makes me feel that you are quite right.
Then imo Naruto's way is quite useful but unfortunately this could only be understood by people when they would experience War again this could spread hate for war among people.

Okay, for real: Tobirama: Peace through being competent and doing your damn job. The only reason his (domestic, internal) peace fell apart was because Hiruzen was freaking incompetent as anything but a shinobi and teacher. And I'm sure he was amenable to peace with other countries so long as it was fair and didn't put Konoha in a vulnerable position.

There isn't much difference between Naruto and Hashirama's views for peace, Naruto succeeded where Hashirama failed because the war broke down the trust barriers between the villages and he successfully ended the brother's feud. In the Boruto movie Naruto is a very stressed out and serious politician, not nearly as warm and friendly as he was as a teenager, so clearly maintaining peace isn't easy and its taken its tole on him.

I believe Nagato's intention of building a super weapon to threaten the countries was a perfect way to get everyone to play nice. After I think most people wouldn't want to get blown up. Peace would be made, eventually relations would improve, more and more people & ninja would work together to guard this super weapon to keep it out of Evil's reach. It could work imo.

Obviously I like Naruto's but realistically Nagato Pains is more realizable.

I think Naruto's is the most progressive. Exuberating only peace and positivity is the best way to actually possess peace. Yeah, people can become corrupt, but that can only being conditioned into a persons mindset. If people are constantly spreading happiness, it's much harder to become corrupt.
