In the end who was a better villain? Madara or Obito?

Madara sucked at everything. He was really, really, really strong. That is all anyone can really say about him in the end. Obito did all the work. Even if he did it because of Madara, Madara was only doing it because of Black Zetsu.

Madara easily, his scenes are just plain badass, and how he planned for his revival also

in terms of motives I'd say Obito because they were simple, relatable and understandable... HOWEVER, I'm giving this to Madara because in the end besides Orochimaru he's the only villain in the entire f*cking series not to be converted to Narutoism and turn good in the end. He saw the error of his ways, or at least made peace with them on his deathbed with Hashirama. But he remained true to his beliefs right up until his death so if this is a contest between him and Obito I give it to Madara.

Tobi was the best villain not obito and then it was pain. Madara and obito suck big time. All characters in war arc were destroyed including madara and obito.

No surprise to hear that I was never interested by Madara by the time he was Edo Tensei'd back.

Obito on the other hand is the original villain, most expanded villain and has the most links to our main characters. He turned Sasuke & caused the event which started the series, it wasn't Madara who orphanised our protagonist.]#

Obito's development & psychological/physical defeat is also the greatest moment of this series. Beautiful writing and should've been the climax of the war IMO.
