Tsunade is top 25 at best, I never said she is in top 10.

By temporal power-ups I meant Rikodu's power or Kakashi's DMS. The 8th gate is Guy's technique since the manga started.

Madara? No, because he broke out of the whole jutsu. Hashirama? Yeah, because he just couldn't be controlled by Orochimaru, he didn't break free from the jutsu itself.
