I've learned to just lean back and reflect on the fact that at least i'm not someone with a childish mindset who posts memes 24/7, which most of the Naruto and some of Sasuke's fans seem to be. This makes my day much better.

He said he'd lose too much blood if he kept moving, but he still could have killed Sasuke and made a tourniquet from his clothing, but Naruto never had intent to kill so obviously he stopped fighting the moment he knew sauce was incapacitated.
