No, no, no. The funny part is that Bogard did nothing to help his case. He's right, it's not the chimney, it's the position of his body. The position of his body didn't make it harder for him to escape the chimney than it was for Luffy to escape his trap, the position of his body reduced his leverage to a miniscule amount. And that's why Luffy is stronger.

Under normal circumstances, Zoro can obliterate that chimney casually, that's some Arlong Park shit. However, that's because, under normal circumstances, Zoro has leverage. With his leverage reduced to almost nothing(almost because he had enough leverage to create a flying slash, he didn't have zero leverage), Zoro's strength became meaningless. Luffy, on the other hand, had no leverage at all, but was able to push away the buildings. The fact that Zoro's almost lack of leverage hindered him more than Luffy's complete lack of leverage is why Luffy is physically stronger than Zoro.
