Analyse - Madara analysed Juubi's weakness and his battle experience as he already acknowledged in clan's techniques would help analyse them and counter them successfully. Further more, his analyse feats can be seen through his fight against Gokage. He also noticed there was someone behind the curtains giving the SA strategy after he saw them coordinating so well, then he attacked the enemy's mind.

Tactics- In 1 chapter, quickly made a tactic on how to beat Obito. Assuming he was also leader of the Uchiha clan, he came up with ideas on how to fight against Senju. Not to mention he came up with a plan to get himself back alive and become a Jinchuuriki while being outnumbed and in bad situation. He did that in few chapters.

Manipulation- He corrupted Obito through words and turned him on his side. Other than Obito, logical theories show Madara manipulated Kirigakure without being noticed.

Science - He knows the body functions completely especially with Hashirama's cells. Treated his fatal wound, created a biological clone of Hashirama, created real humans, treated Obito's wounds and accelerated the growth of the clone through Gedo Mazo. Not to mention Madara can also hit vital Chakra point hidden in organs.

Wisdom - He read the Uchiha Tablets, giving strong words of world peace and how it can be achieved. Though he is not the wisest.

Knolwedge- History of Rikudou Sennin, Juubi and Shinobi techniques.

Madara and Orochimaru and Tobirama are the most knowledgeable as far as jutsu and knowledge of the NV.

Tobirama/Kakashi/Itachi/Minato are best with on the spot analysis.

Tobirama/Shikamaru/Shikaku seem to be the most intelligent in terms of what IQ measures.

Overall: I think Tobirama is the smartest because he just seems to have a grasp on multiple categories of intelligence.

That's not ordinary analyse. Fact is, Shikaku was giving them heads up to fight the Juubi. If you look from the alliance vs Juubi 612-617, you will notice Madara was analysing the whole thing, and then he told the Juubi to blow up the HQ in which he says ''with this, we destroyed your IQ''.
