Lightening armor didn't even protect him that well from chidori. Sasuke pierced him a bit. Drew blood anyways.

Ribcage susanoo wins.

If it's the 3rd Raikage's, he has comparable durability to an MS V4.

If it's the Fourth's, ribcage is above by quite a lot.
