Amateretsu is just a fire that doesn't die. Kurama chakra mode has automatically blocked all fire, since the very beginning of the manga. He will not be effected by amateretsu, at all. Plus, jiriya. Sealed itachis amateretsu, so... yeah

Not really his Bijuu cloak will pretty much nullify Sasuke's fire attack's, and then when it comes to Sasuke's lightning affinity, Naruto will boss him with his wind affinity.

Pretty sure madaras fire combined with obitos is not shitty. Plus, it never urned fire itself. That makes no sence. It did, however, spread through sasukes fire, because it is undieng. It is by no means a more powerful fire. It just doesn't die. That's all. Good try though.
