In NUNSG, how do break a block spammer's guard?

Every time I do Taijutsu, Ninjutsu and UJ's, they keep blocking it. What's the Best way to break their guard? Also, if there is a spefic character that I can use, please tell me. Thanks. ^_^

Keep chakra dashing to guard break them. Or use assist who make it easier to guard break. Kiba, Shino, Gaara(Sand shower), ect...

Well, if they try to block your attacks, then force them to attack you or Jump around and throw shuriken AROUND them, and if u see they block become red, then u know what u will do next,
Use one long range support to distract them with Deidara or Suigetsu and then grab them.
