In need of suggestions/recomendations

I know this topic is in the wrong place, and for this I apologize.

Getting to the point! This girl who I like turns 21 on Monday(her birthday in other words). We're the same age, and I like her a lot BUT she is my mothers daycare assistant. We sometimes hang out together outside of work, and she knows I like her but she doesn't want to complicate things by dating me/potentially becoming my girlfriend. I feel a great need to do something memorable for her on Monday, something that she will enjoy that will also cause her to re-consider.

I want to sing to her, but I have no idea what I would sing. I have a rough idea of what music she likes, but I don't know of any songs in particular. Note that this is something that I have never, and I repeat NEVER done. That's how much I like this girl.

What would you sing to a girl on her birthday?

She compliments me in some way/shape/form quite frequently. Acknowledges my body. Is comfortable enough with me that we have play fought/wrestled. We have impromptu stare downs, usually until one of us blushes or shy's away. She has also told me that she's down for me and my family.

I feel quite confident that if she weren't working here that things might be different.
