Welcome to Nb first off.
Ok to get a higher rank you must get your post count up.
To Role Play you must get your pos count to 50 and make a bio by following the Bio R+R, then wait for approval from there you can ask a sensei to train you in an element, but at your post count you can learn a small amount of jutsu, as your post count gets higher so does your rank and your abilites once you have been trained in them.
Making Clans isn't so important to you right now as you are still new here as well as Custom jutsu as you need to get a feel for the RP system.

here's how u can rpHi im new and i wanted to know if anyone could give me somewhat of a tutorial. Such as how to move up in ninja rank, how do i learn jutsu through sensei, can we make our own clans, kekkei genkai and jutsu and is there a required ninja rank to do that. Thanks in advance
