Well, I'd just like to know what you want your custom character to look like? If it's a custom character, as in we have to start from scratch and an idea you have, then I highly doubt anyone would do that for free. If they were to do it for free, it would most likely take time (months) or this person has an incredible amount of free time.

Can you give me specific details on what/who you want your character to look like, what he's wearing, etc.
I'll do a rough sketch, but I won't actually do your request. Maybe it'll help the person that might do this.

The character is The Uchiha Prince i still havent decided on a name but thats his nickname and that pretty much the theme Uchiha prince cool calm collected dark but like itachi dark sharingan eyes hair is tough i love kakashis and sasukes so a mix would be kinda cool as for outfit this the hardest part i want something that yells out cool but isnt tacky or flashy dark colors and some with him wearing a black cloak quite the request eh oh and keep in mind hes 19 and has a kakashi type of build this is just a brief overview

Hmm, I'd like if you gave more detail, since my mind will probably take over and draw him how I interpret it.

I'll still make a brief sketch off of this though, and maybe we have the same idea.
