MS Madara is equal to MS Izuna I guess but not EMS Madara.
Even Tobirama also can gave the same treatment he gave to Izuna for Madara.
But story required Hashirama as the one who fought Madara and Izuna with Tobirama as their rivalry begin when they are still a kid.
