Op missed a fact:
In the Battle with Minato AND this bodyguard of Danzou Tobi just ripped his own arm of like it was nothing... and some sort of fluid came out. definitly not Blood. Normal people can not rip out an arm twice... they do not grow back... Also he has extremly pale skin... XD

Another explanation would be, he is some kind of super special clone of Madaras mind/Chakra, or a ghost/long lost twin brother, abandoned by his mother... whatever.

You can't prove it's not blood. Many ninja have unique healing regenerative power, and at Tobi's level it's entirely possible to grow it back. Also, you're wrong, Tobi is one tan dude:

Explaining Tobi away as "super special clone of Madara" is exactly what the Zetsu theory states. Him being a ghost or long lost twin is even more BS.
