In defense of the whole "secret base" that suigetsu found

*Spoilers* somewhat

From what I've been hearing, many people disliked the idea of Suigetsu stumbling upon a secret orochimaru base and finding some rather shocking data because it felt like Kishi made it up as he went along rather than plan it, creating a new mystery once all other loose ends seemed to be coming to a close.

Well in my defense to that is the fact we still don't know what Kabuto is really planning, and knowing him, it's something incredibly sinister. He always seems to have something up his sleeve and even Tobi doesn't trust him. But the main reason why is because he mentioned something in chapter 521 about having 2 ultimate techniques and being invincible with them; One being Impure World Resurrection and the other being some unknown technique(hence the data from the base). Here's the proof.

I didn't like the fact that his "secret" room was so close to the surface. If anyone found that place and decided to blow it up to get in it would be one of the first places found. If I wanted a secret room it would be way underground. Of course that's exactly where you'd expect a secret room...... No one would expect one up top, IT'S GENIUS

I am very curious as to what it contains. If it was that crucial to Kabuto why wasn't it hidden better? Suigetsu would be able to screw Kabuto royally if he takes the scroll and hides it from him which would in turn screw Tobi if he needs Kabuto's help which would screw Sasuke because the less people distracted means more enemies for him to face.

I agree kishi didn't just make it up. How could he have made it up when he planned out manga already.

I kind of doubt that Kabuto's technique has to do with that. Someone like Kabuto isn't going to leave something important like that out that could lead to defeat. :shrug:
