I hope you guys haven't forgotten about my fanfic. Sorry for the late update.

One of the enemies who captured Hinata brought her to their leader. He laid Hinata on the ground, still unconscious. Not long after, the other two enemies arrived. “It seems they got one of us.” The man who took Hinata looked at his companions and noticed that they lack one comrade.
“Is that the princess?” One of the enemies who just arrived asked.
“Probably she is. I saw her lying in the hallway and unconscious. The one who was disguised as the princess was a tough one. You have witnessed when we fought those ninjas a while ago she had a pair of byakugan eyes though it wasn’t exposed because of her black contact lenses.” He answered.
Their leader stared at his men who managed to return. “I think they got a plan before the celebration was held. He approached Hinata and looked at her closely. “She isn’t the princess, I can tell.”
“What?! She’s not?” The man who took Hinata got a surprised look.
“Yes, and I think the reason why she’s unconscious is her head injury” The leader added.
“Then what should we do to her? We’ll kill her?” One of the abductors asked.
“No, she can’t harm us for now. If she’s from the Hyuuga clan then we can also get some use on her but we still have to get the princess of Caloria.” Their leader informed them. “Tell me everything about the enemy that you’ve encountered.”
The enemy’s base is a cave located in the middle of a huge mountain of rock.
Not long after, the leader sensed someone outside his hide out. “We got company; I think they want to claim this Hyuuga lady here.”
“I’ll take care of them.” One of the enemies notified their leader before he left. Their leader signalled the other to follow him as back up. “Tie her up before she wakes up.” Their leader ordered the only underling that was left with him.
Before Neji and Shikamaru could infiltrate the enemy’s hide out, the men whom they fought in the grand celebration landed in their way. “So you came here to get your companion?” One of the enemies asked.
“This time you won’t escape.” That’s the answer Shikamaru gave.
Shikamaru and Neji began their battle. “Neji…” Shikamaru muttered calmly. “Don’t worry I got the other one.”
Shikamaru leaped toward his enemy ninja. Looking up to the enemy descending upon him, he started doing seal in a blurring speed then shouted Shadow Sewing Technique. His shadow immediately changed into sharp needles rushed towards the enemy.
Noticing the immediate danger, the enemy avoided Shikamaru’s attack one at a time whenever the jutsu went to attack him. Not long after, a large gash appeared upon his right shoulder. Looking at the blood rushing out of the wound, the enemy smirked at Shikamaru. “It seems you have scratched me, looks like you are a worthy.” Lightning crackled all around him dangerously.
Shikamaru dodged the lightning attacks of the enemy. “This is getting troublesome. It’s time to end this.” Shikamaru muttered.
“Enough of this! Stay still would you!” the enemy grunted at him.
“Why should I do that?” said Shikamaru with a smirk. Before the enemy would know, Shikamaru got him. “Shadow Imitation Shuriken Technique success.” Shikamaru said.
The enemy couldn’t move a muscle. He looked at Shikamaru, who smirked even more. “Now it’s time to end this!” Doing seal the seals swiftly he shouted “Shadow Sewing Technique.” All the enemy could do is to watch as the sharp needles made from shadows strike towards him and then all he felt was pain and nothingness.
Mean while in Neji’s battle.
Neji waited calmly, in the Hyuga stance, for the enemy to attack him. The enemy threw punches and jabs at Neji but he avoided and blocked fluidly. Neji stepped into his a stance he said, “You are in range. And you can’t escape my technique.” Rushing at the enemy he attacked him using his Gentle Fist technique.
The enemy tried to evade but wasn’t successful. He dropped to his knees and glared at Neji. He placed his hand on the ground, sending a pulse of chakra through it. Stone spikes appeared stabbing towards Neji who luckily evaded by jumping back.
/He can use high level earth jutsu’s without seals by the looks of it. Looks like he can take many physical hits and that means that he will be highly defensive both physically and jutsu wise. I’m at a disadvantage/ Neji thought while observing the enemy’s technique.
“Doton: Great Mud River Jutsu.” His enemy cried. A torrent of mud rushed towards Neji. Unable to dodge the attack Neji got caught up in the torrent of mud. “I have got you now” the enemy said. “Doton: Earth Dome Prison.” He cried as his hands slammed onto the forest floor. Neji was hopeless to escape as the dome of earth covered around him trapping him. His enemy laughed “I got you now. Any last words??” he asked.
“Yes, turn around!” Neji answered. Surprised by Neji’s answer, the enemy turned around quickly only to be met with a powerful wave of chakra. He was sent them flying back into a dome of rock, smashing through it. Coughing up blood he looked up to see the form of his opponent. A guy with a pair of byakugan eyes.
“You!? How did you?” The enemy asked.
“I just got you with my Eight Trigrams Mountain Crusher. How did I survive? You were fighting my clone from the moment you used the Mud River Jutsu. ” Neji said.
The enemy just stared at him before his eyes rolling back to his head.
Meanwhile, Naruto and Mira.
“Naruto, are you sure you can do it? We shouldn’t get separated from Shikamaru and Neji. How will you able to save Hinata while protecting me, I can’t help you in saving Hinata.” Mira told Naruto. The princess wasn’t convinced on how Naruto will able to do it.
“Princess, do you believe what I said earlier is true?” Naruto asked Mira.
“Yes, I do. I believe in what you said.” Mira answered.
“Then you should trust me that I can protect you and I can save Hinata at the same time.” Naruto grinned while he looked at Mira. Mira didn’t say anything. She trusted Naruto after all. What she felt right now is completely different than the time she first met Naruto. Naruto used his sage mode and make 2 shadow clones. “I can multiply myself so I can divide the tasks. I told you I could protect you while saving Hinata. Just trust me.” Naruto said “Would you like me to carry you.” Naruto offered.
“No thanks, I wanted to know what it feels like to be Hinata and I’m sure she wouldn’t let you carry her, besides the enemies might notice that I’m not Hinata. Hopefully they still haven’t noticed that they took the wrong woman.” Mira answered.
“Okay princess, let’s go!” Naruto beamed and took Mira’s hand followed by 2 of his shadow clones and ran towards the left side of the hide out. They found a way to enter the enemy’s place and ran inside looking for Hinata since Naruto’s sage mode could sense Hinata’s chakra and finally saw her tied up and unconscious lying on the ground. “Hinata!” Naruto scream.
The leader of the enemy walked closer to Hinata followed by one of his men. “I didn’t expect you could easily find us.” The enemy’s leader smirked and looked at Mira. “It seems we don’t need to go back to Caloria’s castle since the one we need is right here.”
Mira got a surprised look. She didn’t expect the enemy already knew they took the wrong woman.
“Why do you want to abduct me?” Mira shouted while she glared at the guy who wanted to kidnap her.
“I once live in your village. I’m Zen, your father’s right hand when he ruled Caloria. The same man who throws me out in the village.” Zen told Mira. Mira got shocked and realized that the man in front of her was familiar. “Your father is aware that I am more suitable to replace him so before he could pass the power, he casted me away. If I’m not in Caloria anymore, the only person who can claim that position is you, but you’re weak and useless. You can never be as good as your father. If I rule Caloria, that village will be back like when your father rules it. If I kill you, I can claim what is mine. Your servant Shun will be easy.”
‘You’re wrong! You’re a traitor that’s why father throw you away.” Mira shot back.
“You don’t know everything. You were a worthless child at that time.” Zen answered.
“Why do you have to abduct me first, if all you wanted was to kill me?” Mira asked. She’s held back her anger as much as she could while she gave a fierce look to Zen.
“I can’t let the villagers find out that I was the one who wanted to kidnap and kill you. Besides it’s easy to convince them that you’re gone for good since they knew how useless you are.” Zen answered.
“I won’t let you kill Mira.” Naruto glared “Don’t call Mira weak and useless because she’s not!” Naruto yelled at the enemy.
Zen smirked before he answered. “Stay away from this, you don’t know anything. You’re just a hired Konoha ninja. I’ll kill you first then princess Mira. Then we’ll take care of your Hyuuga friend. She’s useful because of her eyes.”
Naruto look angry while he stood firm beside Mira. He could see Hinata’s awful situation while the poor kunoichi was tied up and lying unconscious on the floor. “I won’t let you get away with this!” Naruto hollered angrily and began to attack.
Zen’s minion run toward Naruto and threw kunais. Naruto dodge the kunais while waiting for a chance to attack. The enemy finally used a chain to hit Naruto. The enemy’s move wasn’t fast so Naruto could easily grab the chain and pull the enemy towards him. Before the enemy could reach Naruto, Naruto’s two clones made a rasengan to hit the enemy and throw him away from them. Now the one who’s left is their leader.
“Hinata!” Naruto shouted again, hoping Hinata could hear him.
-Hinata’s conscious-
Hinata remembered her past life. Her father Hiashi’s dismayed look to her, then the time she lost to her cousin Neji in the Chuunin exam. She could feel how frail she was after recalling those events. /I'm weak, I couldn’t do anything/
While still unconscious, Hinata’s face frowned. It seems like she’s having a nightmare. She was almost overwhelmed with it then suddenly someone shouted her name. It was a familiar voice...
“Stop shouting! No matter how you scream, she won’t wake up!” Zen got annoyed while Naruto kept on shouting Hinata’s name.
Zen flashes through some hand seals and shout “Summoning Jutsu” and he summons a bull. The summoning charges toward Naruto. He doged the charges and attacks from the bull. Naruto carefully observe the bull’s movement while it charged. /It seems the bull can able to charge in a straight line and it takes time to turn around back to its opponent. If I attack while the back is turned, I can hit it./ Backing up against a wall Naruto waited for the charging bull. Dodging in the last minute, he jumped away and immediately made a rasenrengan to hit the bull.
Zen looks at Naruto surprised and enraged that his summoning got beaten by one attack. /How did this brat take down my summoning? And with one attack?! Seems he knew such a high ranking attack/ Taking out from underneath his cloak he jumped above Naruto and shouted “Lightning Style: Thunder Saber”.
Hearing the voice from above Naruto looked up and saw a lightning slash heading right at him. Startled, he tried to move out of the attacks range but unsuccessful. The electrified slash hitted the ground and reached him, blowing Naruto away with its raw power.
Naruto was tossed away and hitted on the ground and felt pain. He trembled and shook.
“Naruto!!” He heard the voice. It was Mira.
“Naruto! Are you alright?” asked Mira shouted as she gave a worried look to him.
“Princess Mira, I’ll will be fine. Just stay there.” Naruto notified Mira.
Mira looked at Naruto worriedly as she saw Naruto in so much pain from the attack.
Before Naruto could notice, the 9 tailed fox makes his way to control him. Zen was astonished to see Naruto’s eyes differently now. /His eyes, they are red now, what happened to him?/ It seems Zen is staring to the depths of hell by looking into those eyes. Naruto’s power kept on rising. “What are you??” It was the only thing Zen could say.
Scared of Naruto’s sudden change, Zen sent off another jutsu and shouted Raiton: Raikyu. Balls of Lightning went towards Naruto’s direction. Naruto remained motionless looking at Zen without flinching as the lightning balls hit him.
Zen looked surprised as Naruto was unaffected by his attacks.
Naruto focused, not wanting to let the 9 tails take over him, and was successful.
Naruto started to make a Rasenshuriken with his two shadow clones.
Zen was surprised to see Naruto’s Rasenshuriken. It was the first time he could seen a jutsu that appears like a giant fuma shuriken.
Preparing to attack the target, Naruto charged to Zen’s direction and hit him with his jutsu.
After the blast, Naruto quickly ran toward Hinata.
“Hinata! Wake up!” Naruto again shouted.
-Hinata’s conscious-
“Hinata, I thought you’re weak and a weird woman, but you know what, I like someone like you.” It was the same voice that kept on calling her name over and over. It was…..
Before Naruto could reach Hinata, her byakugan eyes finally opened.
“Naruto kun!!!” Hinata screamed. She saw Naruto ran to her direction. Her face blushed. She didn’t expect it was Naruto that she can see first after opening her eyes.

Author's Note:
I got the idea on how to wake up Hinata on ep. 42. When Sakura fought against Ino during chuunin exams and Sakura was caught by Ino's mind body switch technique. It was Naruto's voice that triggered so Sakura can escape Ino's jutsu. The same method I used, Naruto's voice helped Hinata to get back in reality. I just made it a bit dramatic.
