4th Raikage bio (so you can use Genjutsu if you want since it wouldn't work on my nekura)

The hulking Raikage comes running out of the city at a blazing pace and stops half way across the bridge seeing a young man standing imposingly in his way.

Ay: Out of the way brat! I've got business to take care of!

The man remained standing, now knowing the Raikage had heard their was a sale on gym equipment in the other city across the bridge (lol)

Ay shoots a spear of lightning from his mouth at the boy's chest which splits into two, one aimed for his gut and one for his neck.

"You may be the Raikage, but i demand a figh-" Sasuke's dialogue was cut off when the kage released a lightning technique aimed towards Sasuke, without any warnings. I guess you want a fight too, ol' man! Sasuke whips out his sword from his side and creates a vortex of wind around his body. He uses shape manipulation to shape it into his body; the winds traveled around his body resembling an armor that protected him. As he does this, he continues to run towards Raikage. The two spears of lightning was easily neutralized by the armor of wind

Description: This technique utilizes wind chakra into the users sword and then they release a vortex of wind that surrounds the users body and can push away materials covering the users body.

As Sasuke reaches mid range, he deactivates the vortex of wind that acted as an armor and continued with channeling chakra into his sword. He takes his sword and slices it horizontally, in a slick and quick manner while at the same time, releasing the chakra he channeled earlier. The chakra is released to make it look like a red blade, about a meter long that would slash through the Raikage's lower body. He quickly places his sword back into his side, and he begins to channel fire chakra in his left leg.

Description: The user does a simple cresent-shaped slash at the opponent, expelling a red chakra wave.

He stomps that left leg to the ground while at the same time, releasing the fire chakra he concentrated into it. The fire chakra is materialized into actual fire. With the help of shape and nature transformation, Sasuke easily causes the fire to rise up towards the Raikage from the ground, 4-5 meters tall. The pillar of fire envelopes the Raikage in fire, causing major damage if he was to be caught in it. Furthermore, Sasuke creates two other pillars to rise up approximately a meter to the Raikage's left side and a meter to the Raikage's right side. The fire pillars would appear a few seconds after the blade of wind is released, thus making exit from the back one of the few ways to escape.

As the Uchiha cancels out the Raikage's lightning spear Ay's left eye twitches in annoyance

Ay: Fuuton? How annoying.....

The boy then continues by releasing a chakra blade from his sword. Ay runs towards the red chakra blade as if it weren't even there, the giant of a man suddenly jumps up in a burst of speed, front flipping through the air as he draws his left fist back and comes roaring down towards the frail looking teenage boy. If unblocked the boy will be smashed into the bridge along with a small explosion of dust from the impact, only his feet and hands sticking up from the sasuke shaped hole.

(note: in case you were wondering about ur fire pillars, Ay (with already impressive speed w/o armor) ran before you started them and would be jumping at you by the time you started them. You can choose to continue with them but you'd have to relocate them to react to his new position closer to you)

As Sasuke began to ready the fire technique he was about to use, his opponent did something surprising. He jumped over the technique which he did not guess that the Raikage would do. Huh?! Crap. With his plans ruined, Sasuke transitioned from channeling fire chakra to wind chakra throughout his body. He gathered wind chakra in the tips of his index finger and made a diagonal motion with that finger while releasing the wind chakra that he gathered. He materialized it into an almost invisible, sharp blade of wind that was meant to create a deep cut through the Raikage's chest and also stop him from getting closer. "Tsk, i also hate lightning." Sasuke said, remembering that the Raikage had a lightning armor.

Description: This technique is a pinpoint slashing strike, where the user emits chakra from their fingertips and materialises it into an near invisible weapon that assaults the enemy in a gust of wind. If the Sickle Weasel Technique can be regarded as a swarm of small wind kunai, then this technique is akin to a virtually unavoidable longsword which can leave the target's body mutilated. Just being in close proximity to the technique can cause minor cuts. The wind blades can be created and thrown, like projectiles, in rapid succession, although in this case, each one weaker than the single use application. The technique cannot be blocked by physical weapons and is insanely fast by not relying on the use of Hand seals but, because it still requires the user to perform hand gestures to use and is somewhat visible in the effect it produces, it can still be defended against by using appropriate evasion techniques or fast elemental ninjutsu.

Sasuke performs a single handseal once again immediately after releasing the wind technique, but this time he slams his hand afterwards. He creates a portal in the air and channel his earth chakra into the portal in order to summon a large lid, about 8 meters in diameter. The lid itself was solid and was summoned from where the Raikage stood at the beginning of the battle, therefore the edge of the lid would hit the Raikage who was mid-air.

Description: After doing the Snake handseal and slamming his hands on the ground, he user creates a portal above the target, high in the sky from which a giant, boar-shaped, earthen lid drops and falls on the target, trapping it underneath. The lid can be hollow or solid, depending on if the user wants to deal damage to the enemy or not. Because of its size, to safely used, the lid has to be created at least mid range from the user otherwise he will also be caught inside. The biggest lid can dwarf a boss summon like Nagato's Dog or Gamabunta.

With his hands already in the ground, he channels even more earth chakra into it but this time, manipulates it so that it is in the ground that the Raikage would land on. He uses shape manipulation to shape that earth into large rocks, a little smaller than an average boulder. Sasuke timed it so that the rocks would appear right when the Raikage would be a few meters from the ground. The boulders would crush the Raikage from being crushed between the solid lid and the rocks.

As the Raikage is flying down towards the Uchiha, his eyes trained on his target he notices a slight shimmer in the air around him and the boy moving his arm as if to slash with his empty hand, taking these as cautionary signs when the boy swings his hand Ay sees the wind shimmering towards him and turns his head to the left and aimed slightly up, releasing a stream of wind from his mouth to send him moving to the right at great speeds, the stream lasts only for a short time to move him out of the way of the blade of wind and on his feet the blink of an eye later.

As the Raikage lands he forms a ball of lightning on his left hand and swings his arm as the lightning forms into a whip and lashes out, wrapping around Sasuke's arms and waist, stunning him and damaging him as it tightens around him.

As the whip of lightning was formed, it was made obvious that the whip would, in one way or another be lashed towards Sasuke and electrocuted, and maybe even used to restrain his movements. Before the whip would have the chance to touch Sasuke, he gathers wind chakra in his left hand and materializes the chakra into winds, giving his punches and attacks with his left fist stronger. He grabs onto the whip before it surrounds him and pulls the Raikage in. With his right hand, he grabs a hold of his sword ready to attack or defend.
