It was a bad day for Lelouch. He was just walking around, looking for someone to kill. He continued to walk and he noticed a man. Lelouch with a smile on his face says "you are the one i'm going to kill" I begin to gather doton chakra and i release onto the ground to cause a tremer and the ground begins to shake.

Description: The user will concentrate and release their chakra into the ground to create a small tremer that can result in harming the enemy target.

As the ground shakes you should be unbalanced. I start to gather my wind chakra. Once i have gathered enough, i begin to release my wind chakra, while spinning it. I continue to spin it and it becomes a powerful whirlwind. I then send the powerful whirlwind, traveling straight at you.
