I wanna do two:

Kakashi: He should be given extra stamina so that he can use his ms without dying or passing out i wood also give him storm element because that would make him even cooler than he already is. And he would get a 'storm blade' stronger version of lightning blade.

Darui: He should be given extra speed as he seems to be a bit sluggish i could imagine him being similar to suigetsu in the game and it would be much better if he was swifter. I would give him wind nature to combine some water and lightning techniques to add to his arsenal and i would create like a tropical storm jutsu using lightning, water and wind!

Naruto: Intelligence (he is not stupid as he used to be, but make him even more clever and you got more than 10000000 rasengan variations )

Shikamaru: More Chakra (he has quite good and strong jutsus, but give him more chakra and it´s awesome)
