I used to be apart of my schools debating society a couple of years back and if people organised debates better then it wouldn't be that bad. Its because people who seriously want to debate accept the obviously fanboy, trolling or dumb comments and try to argue back. I have seen really good debates in the month i have been on here, but they are between two people, you just have to ignore all the fluff inbetween each one of there posts.

But i agree on the OP.

being bias is natural.For example if there is a debate about itachi vs ino or something like that.And someone spends hours debating on how ino will win of course they are gonna get resentful on admitting they are wrong and are gonna keep being on ino's side.

Yes but they shouldn't let it effect the truth. If i shoot someone then debate for hours that i didn't shoot someone then convince myself to believe it, does it mean i didn't actually shoot someone?

Itachi would wipe the floor with Ino and there are facts to back it up.

At the end of the day without biased opinions then you don't really have a platform to have a debate, the basics of all debates needs 2 opposing arguments or else everyone would either agree or disagree instead of doing both to raise the debate.

The ones who annoy me the most aren't the fanboys (I usually don't pay a lot of attention to their posts) but the bashers. I know that as soon as someone mentions Sasuke for example with a good comment, there will be loads of posts bashing Sasuke for no real reason -_- I mean it's okay to not like a character (I have a few that I don't like either) but bashing them just because you hate them is pointless. The bashers who annoy me the most however are the ones who admit they started hating the character because they hate the fanboys/girls. I mean what the hell? What kind of stupid reason is that? Hating a character because you hate the fans *rolls eyes*
I'm open to discussion and I love a good debate, but only if the other party is willing to admit it if they are in the wrong and if they stay polite. (Comments like 'Your opinion doesn't count because you're just a stupid fan' really irk me) Nowadays you can't say you like a particular character without getting practically flamed for it *sighs*
Same with the extreme fanboys/girls: if you like a character I always appreciate it more if you give good reasons instead of saying 'Oh he's so handsome!/She's so f*cking beautiful!'
Those aren't reasons in my opinion -_- And claiming the characters are godlike because they are the strongest of the whole serie are rather pointless too *rolls eyes*
Or people who start a thread in the discussion part but when you come with a good counter argument, they won't listen to you seriously and keep insisting that they are right and you're wrong, stupid, an idiot ... etc. Why posting it in the discussion part if you're not willing to accept the views of others? :sy:
Anyway, it's a shame that there aren't many good debates in here *sighs*

80 % here are under 18. 99 % is fictional talk. 99.99% of the guys here cant accept other opinions.

I agree bashers are worse than fan boy (even though some are both). The fact of the matter is that nobody likes being told their wrong. Especially if they're arguing against people in a hostile atmosphere. The way I see it is to concede if you know you're wrong, and then you can debate for the side you see as stronger without having to disagree with yourself.

A stereotypical debate goes like..
Kabuto vs Nagato
A - Nagato owns
B - I think Kabuto stomps
A - LOL you're an idiot, what's he gonna do
B - Kabuto has ET so he can summon several zombies to assist him
A - (oh...) well he sucks him in and takes out his soul before he can do anything

At this point, character A doesn't truly believe himself, but he doesn't want to admit defeat either.
