Remember that Kyuubi is a chakra beast. I'm wondering if the yin portion of Kurama will seek out Naruto automatically (similar to the way Oro's arms returned to him the min his chakra was free from the death gods stomach.) However there could always be a chance the yin side will reform itself right in the middle of Konoha. Then it'll look like a repeat of the first attack. But with it free, can Madara sense it and summon the fox? Think how epic that fight could be. Naruto against a brainwashed Kyuubi.
