I don't think any of those people died. The QG was located in Kumo, most of them are either in the battlefield or in other locations like Konoha.
And I don't think Kishimoto would dispose of characters like Orochimaru this way.

Black Zetsu is most likely already dead anyway, Chojuro finished him.
