What? Since when can rasengan suck people in. :| Anyways, having shown one or two feats of innovation/creativity doesn't imply he is a creative/innovative character. The only thing he does is clones and rasnegan variants, I don't see the innovation/creativity when compared to other top tier characters who have received a decent amount of screen time.

And you must not understand the meaning of innovation or creativity. Naruto has facilitated the Rasengan and Kage Bunshin to fit nigh every situation. That's the very definition of innovation. That's why he doesn't need other jutsu because he's creative, innovative, and witty enough to mold the techniques to every situation. He utilizes whatever his power set is and drafts it to fit the enemy type. Creativity isn't just pulling stuff out of your ass and seeing if it works. Why do you think Sasuke sticks with Enton/Chidori manipulation? The same reason. They use the prerequisite for their jutsu and implement in with whatever is at hand.

Great thread, I'm really ready to see him use something other than rasengan variants myself, it's time we see the advantages of having ALL 9 bijuu at one time, and I'd love to see him use more kkg. Also I've yet to see him use his chakra arms, those would be nice to see again, and I'm real anxious to see what his truth seeking orbs can do. Obito and maddy made great use of them, Naruto acts like his aren't there half the time.
