Indra and Sasuke do not share the same genetics, shown by how they look different. They also do not share the same soul, evidenced by how Sasuke and Madara existed at the same time. The only thing, which Hagoromo himself noted, is that Indra's chakra clings to Sasuke's.

And I have no problem with Sasuke acheiving immortality. Just don't make claims that Rinnegan users can be immortal without having anything to prove your claims.

Hagoromo says only their chakra however, and it can't be their soul because Impure World Resurrection and Rinne Rebirth return one's soul to the real world, thus Naruto, Hashirama, Sasuke, and Madara wouldn't be able to exist if reincarnates shared the same soul. Besides, even if you were by some technicality, correct, it has nothing to do with what Sasuke was talking about. His immortality would be like being revived or infinitely regenerative, whereas the "transmigrate immortality" you speak of does not allow one to keep their powers or knowledge.

No. Madara and Kaguya are examples of immortality. Besides, Ashura and Indra are only going to transmigrate until their feud ends, which it already did. Sasuke's plan was to become an eternal singular enemy for the world so that they would continue to be united under a common "threat".
