Ofc from himself. He seals a part of HIS senjutsu chakra in a person. The only thing he got from Juugo was information about a special enzyme and the way it triggers body transformations while in contact with Senjutsu chakra.
Oro experimented on this enzyme and came up with his own Cursed Seal that, unlike in Juugo's case, eliminated the problem of getting into rage.

So basically,
Oro's Cursed Seal -> gives a body an ability to transform.
Oro's Senjutsu chakra -> triggers that transformation.

Maybe Sm's enhanced durability can partially tank it. It's sort of a double blade, but if it hits the opponent will be hurt more.

White Rage can finish a fight, honestly.

I highly doubt SM can tank it. It increases the physical durability of the body but White Rage attacks the insides.
