I think he's going to die, or he's going to follow sasuke and let Konohamaru become hokage.

1. Him and Sasuke die and talk to the sage. (Well they aren't dead, but kind of do what the dragon did to Goku)

2. Follow Sasuke (maybe new movie) let Konohamaru become hokage (he already has more individual jutsu's than Naruto lol)

3. Him and Sasuke become a leader of the SA.

Eh, he'll go to the limbo-like place (like Kakashi did during Pain arc), will talk to Jiraya there (like Harry Potter did with Dumbledore) and then go back due to some Deus Ex Machina.
