... how can they be infused.. Kirin strikes down, and at best would hit the target before the rasengan,
harming who's using rasengan in the process..

Kirin is natural lighting and lightning nature is to strike very fast and it pierce and not bland like fire. How someone want to infuse Kirin with rasengan when Kirin will strike rasengan and blow it up? Its like how Chidori clash with Rasengan.

I thought kirin was Sasuke taming and controlling (more like directing) Natural lightning, so OP was suggesting he adds "stuffs" to Natural lightning, meaning he'll slow it down or what? I just don't see it. Probably my messed up imagination tho
