We never heard Kaguya's Full story yet, all we know is that she ate a fruit from the shinju tree, became imensely powerful, we dont know what she did, how her personality is like, or how or story went, we only know bits and pieces, so who knows, im not saying that hinata is the reincarnation of kaguya or anything but i think kishimoto gave Kaguya a bykaguan for a reason, they were never used by anyone and barely mentioned sense part 1, Also Madara absorbed the holy tree, he should be wayyy more powerful then naruto and sasuke, but he's still getting his ass kicked
