I strongly dislike rinne tense and hated it after the Pain arc since I feel like it cheapens the impact of what happened before. Still I feel like it is still a good possibility after this war. Here is why.
Imagine the war ends and they get back to Konaha. All the fodder civilians are out. Naruto is like I have good news and bad news. They ask for the good news first and he is like the war is over and we can live in peace. Everyone cheers and some fodder women are like I can't wait to celebrate with my husband when he get's back. Then Naruto hears this and with a sad expression he says "about that well the bad news is 90% of the ninjas that went to fight in the war died so yeah sorry about your fodder husbands, friends, and relatives". So who is ready to party and have the victory parade?
See the problem is without rinne tense? Without it it would be hard to have the classic unicorns and rainbows style shonnen ending Kishi seems to want. I still hope it doesn't happen though.
