I don't think the Marines will declare war, but if the Yonko start f*cking shit up, it'll take the full force of the marines to quell them. This might cause a war.

Logically, the first mate of a Yonkou should be Admiral level. But the 4 Yonkou > 3 Admiral + Fleet Admiral, I'd say. Let alone their first mates, and their crew in general. Hell, Shank's Haki should be able to knock out most of those fodder marines. The W.G would get destroyed.

No you guys are wrong, I don't think they'll panic at all. I'm 100% sure that the Gorosei are trained for such a situation and they're very skilled and strong. I could be wrong but it's a guess cause I don't really see any of the admirals/fleet-admirals having a chance against them (even garp).
